浙江立特建筑装潢有限公司（原瑞安市建筑装璜公司）始创于1988年，公司专注于打造房屋建设与装饰全产业链经营模式。公司经过30年的长足发展，目前拥有6家分公司，率先在杭州设立装饰设计研发中心，成为集土建、幕墙、门窗、室内装修、家具制作等为一体的综合性企业。公司一直秉承“立业先立信，特色更特优”的经营理念和做事风格，致力于为客户打造一个舒适、环保的办公与居住环境。

公司总部及主体厂房位于浙江省瑞安市经济开发区高新路977号。厂房点地面积15亩，建筑面积为20000余平方米；拥有先进水平的幕墙、门窗生产线及检测设备142多台（套），年生产建筑幕墙，铝合金、塑钢料门窗50多万平方米。完美的工程设计、创新的技术研发、精细化的生产，标准化的安装施工，高质量的售后服务为公司的长足发展奠定了坚实的基础。在装饰装修方面，公司拥有成熟的设计团队和完善的施工质量管理体系，并能自主设计生产装饰装修中所需配套的门窗、家具及异型构件，以提高家具与住房装饰的契合度。

公司先后通过《ISO9001质量管理体系》、《ISO4001环境管理体系》和《OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系》认证。是浙江省最早一批获得建筑幕墙施工承包壹级企业，先后又取得了建筑总承包贰级、金属门窗制作安装贰级；装修装饰施工承包贰级，建筑幕墙设计乙级、装修装饰设计乙级；钢结构施工承包叁级等资质。曾先后获得了“浙江省建筑装饰强优企业”、“浙江省优秀建筑装饰工程奖”、 “浙江省建筑业重质量重安全双优示范企业”、“瑞安市建筑业二星级企业”、“瑞安市建筑业重点企业”等多项荣誉称号，在建筑装饰装修行业树立了良好的企业口碑和形象。

Zhe Jiang LI TE Architectural Design and Construction Company, LLC, formerly known as the Rui An Architectural Design and Decorating Company, was founded in 1988 and focused on providing a full range of the building architectural design and decorating as well as the various construction services.  After 30 years of development, LI TE has become a well-known large-scale company in the industry, who owns (6) subsidiary companies and operates a research and development center regarding new architectural and decorating design in Hang Zhou.  LI TE is able to provide quality general contracting service for all types of projects and also specialized in design-build in curtain wall system and building interiors, including the furniture.   LI TE is rooted in its Corporate Philosophy “establishing a trust before doing a business with anyone and striving for excellence and better features in results” when they deliver comfortable and environmentally friendly working and living space for the clients.

The corporate headquarter and factory is located in 977 Gao Xin Road, Economic Development District, Rui An 325200, Zhe Jiang Province, China.  This factory, standing on a land of 15 acres with a built-up floor area of 20,000 square meters, has product lines with (80) inspection equipment in place that can manufacture over 500,000 square meters curtain wall system and windows and doors per year. The integration of the perfect product design, advanced technology, accurate fabrication, professional standardized installation, and high quality customer service lays a solid foundation for the company to grow sustainably in the market.  The company’s design-build capability in customized windows and doors, interior building components and furniture can make the new project perfectly satisfy the client’s needs.       LI TE holds the Certificates of 《ISO 9001 Quality Management System》, 《ISO 14001 Environmental Management System》, and 《OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems》.  LI TE is qualified to provide full-range general contracting services, exterior and interior design, curtain wall design (as one of the leading companies in Zhe Jiang Province), structural steel design, and metal door and window and furniture design-build.   LI TE receives “A+ Architectural Design and Decorating Company Award”, “Excellence in Construction Awards” and “Corporation Role Model Award in Safety and Quality” in Zhe Jiang Province, and “Two-Star Company Award” and “Most Important Companies Award” in Rui An City.  LI TE has built up a good reputation and company image/brand in architecture engineering and construction (AEC) industry.
